BTS Armys never leave any stone unturned on the birth days of the members. They always go the extra mile to make the members feel special. Kim Taehyung became the first K-pop soloist to have his birthday advertisement displayed twice on the Burj Khalifa. People from all over the world can witness the birthday project, which has been organized by BTS V’s fan base China Baidu V Bar, on December 30th at 1:10 AM KST.

Fans have even arranged meaningful birthday projects. Kim Taehyung’s USA fans have shared on Twitter that they have provided funding for a classroom to purchase necessary equipment for their musical production. After two years, this will be their first spring show.

In Indonesia fans have donated around 3 Million each under the name of Kim Taehyung to Yayasan Beasiswa 10.000 and Pejaten Shelter. In order to support and protect children from physical and mental dangers BTS V’s Vietnam fan base has endorsed essential supplies and education support for children in need through @UNICEF UK. 

Adopting animals on the behalf of celebrities is not a new concept. A BTS V fan café has shared on twitter that “For V DAY, we symbolically adopted bears Julio, Enciam, Neu & their cubs in Taehyung’s name through world-leading conservation @AspinallCharity who protect animals in the wild as they deserve to live in their natural environments, free from persecution, hunting, trapping or loss.”

Fans and BTS members lovingly call V ‘bear’. Thus, fans decided to adopt bears and bear cubs.
